WHO IS ARYAT MAKAI
Aryat Makai is a creative shaping his own lane through modeling, music, and personal expression. His introduction to modeling began when close friends Ocion and Kahari gave him the opportunity to do his first photoshoot. That experience opened the door for him to work with The Caf, a creative space that helped him step deeper into the fashion world.
He grew up skating and deeply inspired by underground culture. Artists like Duwap Kaine and Tay-K were some of the first he listened to. Some of his new favorite artists include Laser Dim and Glock40Spazz. These influences have shaped his taste, attitude, and vision for creativity.
Spending time at YOUmedia Downtown exposed him to more creatives and pushed him toward producing music. Being around people who were constantly working on something inspired him to explore beat-making. Already having producers in his family and the setup at home, he began crafting his own sound under the name Nocomrades. For him, beat-making is about intuition. It’s less about trends and more about what feels right.
STYLE AND MODELING JOURNEY
Aryat is selective about the shoots he does. He looks for opportunities that align with his taste and reflect who he is. His modeling career gained momentum when he walked in a show for Dertbag in February 2024. The connection stuck. He continued working with the brand for two more projects, and founder Phillip even built a full shoot around him.
In March 2025, Aryat officially signed to Celeste Management. After seeing an open call posted on Instagram for unsigned models, he messaged to say he was interested. Within a week, he took the train into the city and made it happen.
CREATIVE PHILOSOPHY
Whether it’s modeling or music, Aryat believes creativity should come naturally. The goal is not to copy or chase what's popular but to build something that feels honest. He brings that same mindset into every project he takes on.

Aryat recently introduced his own fragrance line, Noirvelle, created in collaboration with his close friend Travis Brown. The collection reflects his personal style, one that is confident, thoughtful, and intentional. Noirvelle is more than a scent. It is about presence, energy, and the quiet power of subtle detail.
