our moment in time: knowhere to go
ON SEPTEMBER 17TH, JORDAN D. ALEXANDRE TOOK A MOMENT IN TIME TO GO KNOWHERE.
The day was chilly but the night provided warmth. In a basement a new venue to the scene is Knowhere to be found. My name is Jordan D. Alexandre and this is:
Our Moment in Time.
On the night of September 17th. I found myself Knowhere. A new session space, recording studio, and occasional venue that deserves to be known. Though new, I can envision growing in the hearts of any with a love for music. On the night of the 17th the crowd was comprised of distant strangers and close friends alike, but at the end of day we all found ourselves, Knowhere.
The show was hosted in a basement that has been curated to be cozy, comforting, warm, and welcoming. For lack of better terms, it just feels like home. Within this basement I can envision a base too many of those that played that night and many others in the future.
As for the music, it was beautiful and mystifying.
I was put on to the power of Porcelaine, tripped into a trance by Slow Pony, rocked away by Stadia, and rocked on with Sundots.
Each of which were unique and beautiful in their own way.
The venue truly curated an amazing evening and I can’t wait to find myself lovingly lost at Knowhere, again.
