GEEK’D OUT: Mark Little Releases New Album

A GOLDEN LOOK INTO THE FUTURE OF MARK’S MUSIC

Mark Little, a CT Based DJ and hit producer debuted his latest Album GEEK in early October and to say the least I was geeked when I got the opportunity to listen early and see what the mad scientist has been cooking up in the lab, and he has been cooking up gold with GEEK.

This album to me is a look into the future for Mark while still holding onto his beat making roots. The smorgasbord of sound that Mark stuffed into 19 tasty tracks prove to me his eyes are set for the whole plate. What Impressed me even more so however was I could tell that Mark took his time making sure not only that the listening experience was going to be better than sliced bread but that each song had been baked by the same baker.

Mark, with GEEK has made sure that his artists signature is showing throughout the entire listening experience. It shows not only talent but tenacity, and commitment to crafting a sound of his own. Im ecstatic to see that the mad scientist has been experimenting with where he can take his sounds within GEEK.

With tracks like ABYSS we see a house beat come to the party. With HEADACHE we see breakbeat break it in. NOSEBLEED takes it back to a classic RnB vibe. LATEX brings in a more smooth night time drive to shift down gears. And DRUGS brings me to a very aero resort.

These are only a few selects off the 42min album GEEK but it shows that Mark is really expanding his sound and has been honing his craft not by playing it safe but by going beyond and trusting his instincts with his instruments.

You can tell that Mark really puts a lot of love and care into crafting his beats and wants each and every one of them to shine in their own way. I thoroughly enjoyed listening and can't wait to see what's next so from one GEEK to another keep on keep on experimenting Mark!

GEEK IS AVAILABLE ON ALL LISTENING PLATFORMS SO GEEK OUT NOW!!
