A phoenix bursting forth. Shedding old fire and shining in new light and inspiration. Dom McLennon debuts his new album The Changing of the Trees and we couldn’t be happier to see it as the trees come into full bloom.
The truth he speaks over the course of 8 powerful songs showcases Dom’s commitment and dedication to his craft, creations, and creativity.
Sonically it is beautiful with notes that sink into my soul and heart. They sound unique to him and his lived experience within his journey of music and I’m happy he brought everything that he learned to the table with this album.
The words speak from the gut and with wisdom on where he has been and where he plans to take us. As he speaks he sound humble but confident in his abilities; it feels like he is continuing to push himself and not just stay at a plateau which makes me very happy to see. It feels like he is happy to be producing the work, happy to speak on his experiences, and happy to keep the momentum in a positive direction with mentality that cannot be stopped. The Changing of the Trees feels like a grand introduction to a new era for him and I cant wait to see whats next. Dom McLennon, a man with a humble and caring heart, a rock solid soul, and a sound that speaks volumes.
I cannot wait to see where he’ll continue to go as the trees change along aside him.
