Bleekg1 Applies Pressure with New Tape
THE HARTFORD-NATIVE PRODUCER IS BACK IN FULL SWING WITH HIS NEW INSTRUMENTAL PROJECT TITLED “HEAVILY”.
As a follow-up to his last instrumental project, The Ecstatic 2, Bleek brings you a new tape littered with straight heat. Heavily starts off in a familiar pocket of the emerging producer with a sensual R&B sample but gracefully flows into electronic cadences and “erry” chord progressions. If you’ve been a fan of his catalog over the years, you’ll recognize his signature drum patterns throughout the 16-track composition.
As an undisputed maestro of the art of remixing, he’s been cited for stripping a verse from a track he likes to lay the groundwork for a new beat and then removing the vocals altogether ultimately. This reverse engineering approach has been used on a handful of beats but if you’re still in the mood for the occasional Pusha T bars, check them out on Soundcloud here. In the meantime, we’ll be letting this new joint air out until further notice.
